Legal to import a balisong(butterfly knife) into Canada if in Military?

Hi,

I would just like to know if it is possible to import an illegal knife (balisong) into Canada if you are a military personnel. If so, what are the steps to clear the package through customs?

A Canadian soldier is not above the law in any way shape or form, unless it comes to the driving of DND vehicles, in which case your 404's are a valid driver's liscence but only for the vehicles you have qualified on.
