Wood Shed Building Kits - Build Your Own Wood Shed

This year I bought myself a lawnmower, I was too embarrassed to go and borrow my neighbours again as I had done for most of the previous year. I had thought to keep it in the garage but there really wasn’t enough room, not if I wanted to put the car in there as well.

We had moved into the house in August last year and having got the house decorated to our liking my wife’s attentions were turning to the garden and so some gardening equipment was required.

When I pointed out that we hadn’t got enough storage space my wife suggested buying a small shed which would sit quite nicely in a corner of our yard. Having priced up the gardening equipment I did not want to go to this further expense.

I was discussing our dilemma with Robert, our kindly next door neighbour, who (he’s a bit of a DIY freak) suggested I build my own shed. Having two left hands I dismissed the idea offhand.

Robert was not one to give up that easily. He explained that there are wood shed building kits on the market that include everything you need to complete the job. The wood is pre-cut to the correct lengths so that all you have to do is fix it together.

I was still unconvinced but Robert said he would help me to build the thing and so we set off to the local home and garden shop.  We didn’t find anything suitable but it gave me some ideas and a search online for computer for wood shed building kits gave me exactly what I was looking for so I placed an order and it arrived five days later.

My wood shed building kit had everything I needed including a really good set of plans; even I could follow them.  We had the shed built in a weekend and I painted it the following week.

Shark Hunting Sheath

An amateur metal detector, Dave Crisp, uncovered 52,500 Roman coins in Somerset England. The coins date back to 293 AD, during the reign of self appointed British Emperor Carausius. In April of 2010, Dave Crisp was allowed to use his metal detector to search for metal on a neighbors land. His metal detector began making really odd noises, so Dave began to dig in that area. As he dug down about a foot, he started to find small coins about the size of a dime. "I put my hand in, pulled out a bit of clay and there was a little Radial, a little bronze Roman coin. Very, very small, about the size of my fingernail," said Dave Crisp. "I've been detecting for twenty two years and I've never...
