There is no doubt that both of these programs are of high quality which makes it harder to decide which of these you should get. Let's see a bit about what they are, how they work and how you can benefit from them.
Athlean-X is a fitness program that is focused on helping you get a more athletic looking body, the kind that's better able to perform well in various sporting activities, similar to the athletes Jeff Cavaliere works with personally. The program is made up of over 140 exercises that help boost your physical ability. Each of the exercises is shown in clear pictures and explained in detail. The exercises cover all the muscles group to give you a balanced and high performing body. The various exercises do require equipment to perform.
I like this program because the exercises are doable, the workouts are short and intensive, and it can really get you both fat loss and lean muscle toning results.
Tacfit Commando is a military fitness program created by Scott Sonnon. This program is based on the workouts conducted by Scott Sonnon for various military units all over the world. Consequently, the workouts are very intensive and may prove highly difficult to do at first. In addition, all the exercises require zero equipment.
All of the Tacfit exercises are shown in video clips which is an advantage of the Athlean X program which only includes pictures. However, some people feel that Tacfit exercises are way too hard to do so don't use this program unless you're ready for some major effort.
All in all, both of these programs can work for you. If you want to feel and train like a soldier, go for Tacfit. If you just want to look more athletic, go for Athlean-X.
