Can people in the military modify their weapons/gear? Are they allowed to customize their rifles or buy their own handguns, and knives and what not? Or do they have to use whats issued to them? If no then why are guns and accessories (Hi-cap mags, etc.) commonly sold for "military use"? How can someone buy "military use only" gear if their not in the military? You don't know what you're talking about do you? There are restrictions on certain things (Hi-Cap mags, certain weapons, etc.) that you need a military ID to purchase...Duh.
