Komamura is a true master of Bleach swords and is more than qualified of holding his own even the levels of Kenpachi, who's arguably among the strongest swordsman and considered one of the greatest captains in the Soul Society. Because of his huge stature, Komamura possesses unbelievable physical power. Being a captain, Komamura also has a considerable amount of spiritual power. When Sajin releases his spiritual power, it has the exact same magnitude of his physical power, and it has the ability to destroy the region in the immediate area - like the ground directly under him for example. He is quite skilled in hiding his spiritual presence by the look of his character, and his hiding what he feels from other people is a necessity in masking his power from them.
He has shown the capability to use his spiritual presence itself as a weapon that can blast back typical enemies. He can use has a simple palm thrust, without touching them, to defeat them. This was observed when he incapacitated many unseated Shinigami soldiers who had broken through Bount Mabashi. Sajin's bleach sword - the Tenken - appears as a typical katana. The cross guard is a rectangle with a design pattern of vertical lines, with lengthy sides pinched in the middle.
The overall look of the katana is comparable to a squared-off hourglass. The command of the Shikai form is unknown at present. While in Shikai form, Tenken mirrors the body movements of the fighter and along with how Komamura moves; for example when Komamura swings his sword, his arms seems like as a gigantic disembodied arm as he wields the sword but moves at the same pace as his regular arm.
The body parts are expanded through the Initial Release cycle, and he then possesses power and attacking strength proportionate to their size. Sajin's Bankai Kokujo Tengen Myo'o of course has the appearance of being a normal katana. Although in use, Komamura and his katana sustain the glow of spiritual power. His Bankai brings forward the ability to become gigantic up to about a hundred-meters tall. This sword has a defense comparable to Komamura's, but it differs in that it has several blades from which hanging from a string on his hilt. This transforms the fighter into an armored samurai who can use the movements of Sajin to have a devastating effects on opponents, deliver an incredible amount of devastation. Its power is therefore much higher than that of Komamura alone. Its power is more than ample to take an Arrancar without any damage, allowing him to effortlessly smother him with his bare hands. His bleach sword Bankai however does have critical weakness.
If while in the massive form the samurai is harmed in any way, the wounds are brought directly upon Sajin.
