2. Stretch the back of your shoulders
You should do triceps stretches so you have the flexibility to do back fists. Triceps stretches are very important for back fists.
3. Running for 30 minutes
To improve quickness, running is necessary because you need good general circulation to your body to do any quick movements of the body. Running at least thirty minutes will help achieve quickness!
